Ben Tomlins describes his journey, from his background in physiotherapy and senior management to Director of Operations at the Alexandra hospital, as diverse and challenging. Ben was able to develop his clinical and management skills within Circle Health Group and emphasises the importance of grasping learning opportunities as they arise. He advises that there are great development programmes available in CHG, but you have to put yourself in a position to take advantage of these.
