Kogie Naidoo is the Executive Director at the Bath hospital and speaks proudly of her role describing it as a match made in heaven. Kogie shares with us the most valuable lesson she has learnt – there is an abundance of help and support available within CHG but it is up to you to access this. Kogie undertook her MBA qualification through an apprenticeship program with Circle Health Group and describes how the business has supported her in both her professional growth and personal wellbeing.
