Start your journey
Hit the ground running with your 90-day induction and get to know our business, systems, and processes through your two-week protected time, and complete your initial five-week training in Grad Bay.
Develop yourself with professional conversations with your manager and by participating through the check-in and appraisal process. Keep patient safety at the forefront by completing your mandatory training.
Develop your career by particpating in the craving for coaching programme to achieve platinum status as an advisor.
Platinum Advisor
Begin to develop a deeper understanding of the national enquiry centre and increase your specialist knowledge by progressing to a platinum advisor by participating in our craving for coaching programme.
