Matt Ashman is the National Lead for theatres and recovery services and describes how working as a theatre porter and TSSU technician made him realise he wanted to pursue a career in theatres. Formal apprenticeships and university accredited courses are available to further develop both registered and unregistered practitioners to increase their knowledge, leadership skills and scope of clinical practice.
