Customer Service Practitioner

The role of a Customer Service Practitioner is to deliver high quality service to our customers, patients and visitors throughout your workplace.

This programme typically takes 12-15 months to complete

Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.

How is it delivered?:

Training is delivered remotely online and by a blended delivery method.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants should discuss access to this course with their manager.

A signed Learning Agreement will be required upon application.
