A Chartered Manager is someone who can take responsibility for people, projects, operations and/or services, to deliver long term organisational success. They have professional recognition of their ability to deliver impact, behave ethically and demonstrate their commitment to continual learning and development.
This programme is suitable for new and existing employees who are responsible for, or are looking to progress into, managing projects, tasks or people. It’s for people wanting to kick-start their career and achieve a degree alongside an apprenticeship, or for those who have been promoted to a managerial role and want to gain a formal management qualification.
You will develop an understanding of organisations and their key functions and explore wider considerations such as environments, organisational strategy, markets and processes and how these work together. Working with The Open University, training is delivered flexibility with an emphasis on work-based learning.
This programme will equip you with a wider range of graduate and professional skills, which you can use to enhance your performance in the workplace and develop your career.
Successful apprentices will achieve a degree in management and business [either BA (Hons); BSc (Hons) or BBA (Hons)] and also have the option to be assessed for Chartered Manager status.
