Jen Woollett tells us how she became a Practice Based Educator at the Three Shires hospital. Jen is passionate about nursing and educating her colleagues, enabling others to provide the best care to our patients. Jen speaks of her proudest achievement so far whilst working for Circle Health Group which involved setting up a unit of specialised care to support cancer patients.
