The level 3 recognising leaders’ course is a course aimed at new, aspiring or existing leaders who have no formal management qualifications. The course is taught digitally through Microsoft Teams which provides the perfect platform for collaboration.
To complete the course learners will attend 6 scheduled digital sessions in 2 blocks of 3 days. Attendance at all sessions within each block is required and through the digital tools and class discussions learners will explore business theories and models, with the opportunity to contextualise these in their daily practices.
At the end of each block learners can complete the assignment questions and submit to the Institute of Leadership and Management for marking. On successful completion of these assignments, they will be credited for modules completed and can use these towards the full ILM Level 3 qualification.
To gain the full qualification learners are required to complete assignment questions for all 6 mandatory modules as well as one optional module which we recommend is Conflict Management.
What might I expect from the programme?
- You will gain and wide range of management skills which you put into practice in your own role
- You will build your leadership capabilities
- You will develop your leadership and management skills using your own knowledge, values and motivations
- You will be able to transfer your newly acquired skills to your organisation
The ILM level 3 course is a nationally recognised leadership and management qualification which is accredited on the National Framework at level 3.
